Sprint Funding LLC ("Sprint Funding", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website at sprintfunding.net or interact with us by phone, email, or through our contact form, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you submit directly. When you submit our contact form, request a quote, call us, or email us, we collect the information you provide. This typically includes your name, business name, business email, business phone number, the type and amount of financing you are interested in, and any details you choose to share about your business.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the referring URL. We use cookies and similar technologies to support core site functionality and to understand how the site is used.

Information from credit bureaus and bank-data providers. As part of underwriting, we may obtain consumer and business credit reports, bank-transaction data (with your authorization), and similar information used in commercial financing decisions.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, to underwrite the financing you have asked about, to communicate with you about your application and our services, to maintain and improve our website, to comply with legal obligations, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

We will only contact you in ways you would reasonably expect given your inquiry. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How we share your information

Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate our business, such as hosting providers, email and SMS providers, customer relationship management tools, credit bureaus and bank-data providers used in underwriting, and analytics providers. These vendors are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us.

Co-lenders, participants, and assignees. From time to time we may share loan-related information with co-lenders, loan participants, assignees, or capital partners as part of how Sprint Funding finances and services its loans.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of any person, or the integrity of our services.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Personal information of guarantors and applicants

While Sprint Funding's financing products are commercial, we collect and use personal information about you as an owner, guarantor, signatory, or applicant on a business loan or financing facility. Categories of personal information we collect may include your name, contact information, Social Security number, date of birth, driver license or other government-issued identification, personal credit history, and information you provide about your personal financial position.

We use this personal information to identify and authenticate you, to underwrite the credit decision on the financing your business has applied for, to obtain consumer and business credit reports, to comply with anti-money-laundering, beneficial-ownership, and other applicable laws, and to communicate with you about your application and any resulting financing.

We treat your personal information consistent with the principles of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the FTC's Privacy of Consumer Financial Information rule. We share your personal information only with the categories of recipients described in this Policy. You may request a copy of our nonpublic personal information handling practices by contacting us at the email or address below.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data may be shared with our service providers, partners, and affiliates as described elsewhere in this Policy.

If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, we record your phone number, the timestamp of your opt-in, and the consent language you agreed to as part of our messaging audit trail. We use this information solely to send transactional SMS messages related to your loan inquiry and application, and to honor opt-out and support requests. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from Sprint Funding.

Sprint Funding does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Subject to the limits of the CCPA's definition of sharing, we also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will verify your identity before responding. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are intended for business owners and their authorized representatives. They are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
